This vanity was restored sometime in its history. The reason we know this is because we have the mirror, which is a mess. But we are going to ship it. You can decide if you want to restore it, put it in you attic, or trash it. There are two notches at the back of the vanity/desk where the mirror inserts. Measurements might be off by an inch in any direction, so please take that into account if height or width is critical. less
