While … Read more This is a heavy Maitland Smith style elephant head base with brass tusks. Very solid. Classic Maitland Smith style. While not signed, I am fairly certain its Maitland Smith. That said, it would also make great entryway center table. You could even add a larger piece of glass. The 36 inch glass top that is included has a tiny sliver of a chip very hard to photograph, but there is a photo. If you do not want the glass, please let me know and I will adjust the listing to reflect just the base which would probably reduce the cost of shipping.
