- Lovely antique original ginger jar with floral and bird designs in the Famille Verte/Rose palette with original lid, which has … more Lovely antique original ginger jar with floral and bird designs in the Famille Verte/Rose palette with original lid, which has been repaired. This jar dates from the Mid Ching Dynasty 1800-1900. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks or damage to the paint. The lid has been repaired (pictured)but it is the original lid and it displays well. It measures 13 3/4”H x 9”W and has really beautiful enamel flowers, birds, and butterflies. These Ginger jars are hard to come by in this age and size and the paint is truly exceptional. less
