Colorful large lidded ginger jar from the late 20th century. The artisan piece is made of Mexican Talavera terra cotta. It is hand painted in bright colors of cobalt blue, orange, and chartreuse. There is a label on the lid which reads 'Hecho en Mexico.' Recently acquired from a Palm Beach estate. It has a timeless design that will coordinate well with many design styles. Could be used indoors or outdoors.
Overall dimensions are 11" diameter by 14-1/2" high to top of jar, and 18" high to top of finial. less
