Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown yellow and blue opal Italian art glass decorative pear shaped paperweight. Documented to designer Archimede Seguso, circa 1950s. Published technique in books. The pear was created with powder pigments in yellow and blue inside the opalescent glass. Has an applied leaf and stem at the top. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or curio cabinet. Mid-century era. Measures: 3 3/4" high x 2 3/4" long x 2 1/2" wide.
