This Raoul Dufy rare vintage Expressionist offset lithograph print large French poster " La Vie En Rose " 1931, is a very special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The French poster print is published by Graphique De France, printed in France in 1989. It features an artwork image originally created by Dufy in 1931 titled " La Vie En Rose ", Musee D'Art Moderne Paris HDL, concept copyright Graphique De France et SPADEM 1989.
Raoul Dufy ( 1877 - 1953 ) was a French painter associated with The Fauvist Movement. He gained wide recognition for his vibrant decorative style, which became popular in various forms including textile details, and public buildings mural decorations. He is most recognized for his works emphasizing bright colors and bold contours depicting Contemporary scenes of elegant social gatherings, French Riviera landscapes, and interior still life compositions.
In addition to painting, he was prolific in various other fields, including drawing, printmaking, book illustrations, scenic design, furniture design, and public spaces planning. The artworks of Dufy are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.
