these 2 antique french porcelain porte plume from around 1820-1850 are beautiful hand decorated with a man and woman in oriental arabic traditional style. This style is characteristic and popular from that time with oriental scenes atmospheres.

the "porte plume" was used at the secretary desk for inserting the feather ink pens. (at the head there are the openings for the pens) now in this time it is a wonderful decoration pieces for your interior.

the lady - 24cm height - (12cm x 7cm - foot size)
the gentleman - 25cm height - 12,5cm x 7cm - foot size)

the set is in good condition for its age. In the female it is marked in blue with dl. Furthermore , there is 4 damage to the foot (see the last pictures) and there is usual gold and paint wear. See less
