Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown alternating ribbons Italian art glass decorative footed bowl. The piece has a pinched rim with slight ruffled rim. It also has white Zanfirico and transparent red-pink "a Canne" ribbons. The pattern is separated by wide bands copper aventurine. They glitter in any light. The bowl also has a clear applied foot. Created in the manner of the Fratelli Toso and Salviati companies. Would make a great display piece on any desk or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, or candy dish. Mid-century era. Measures: 7 1/2" long x 5 1/4" wide x 3 3/4" tall.
