This Andy Warhol Foundation rare vintage 1993 custom framed lithograph print collector's Pop Art poster " Ingrid Bergman : with Hat " 1983, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection. The framed lithograph print Pop Art poster is published by Te Neues Publishing Company & Achenbach Art Edition Dusseldorf, with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. It is printed in an unnumbered limited edition in Germany in 1993. It features an iconic portrait artwork of Hollywood actress Ingrid Bergman created by Warhol in 1983 titled " Ingrid Bergman : with Hat ".
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized world wide. His infamous life, artworks, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is recognized as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on it own and loved by millions.
The collector's lithograph print framed Pop Art poster features the official " AW " Foundation seal of authenticity on the lower right corner. This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol fans and collectors as this poster is long out of print and very scarce to find.
The rare vintage Pop Art poster is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a navy marine blue matte eggshell finish wood frame molding with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation. It measures 24 1/2" W X 24 1/2" H X 1" D.
It is in excellent new condition with very light signs of handling. The poster print is excellent " like new " condition. It is brand newly custom framed and has never been displayed. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. less
