This piece of Old Mexico pottery--an olla or water jug on stand of the Tarahumara Indians--is standout for the strong lines and simple design just add a wonderful Southwestern Primitive look. The pot is typical from the Tarahumara region, and we know it is authentic for the sinew straps clinging to the exterior. Made circa 1980s.
