A set of 16 antique purple bottles and jars of varying sizes. Most pieces are free from chips and cracks, but most have a white haze to the bottle. I have been somewhat successful with using petroleum jelly in removing some of the haziness. California Fig Syrup bottle, Columbia Catsup bottle are a couple of the ones being offered in this healthy-sized collection.
A little background info on these purple bottles. Some, possibly all of these bottles were not originally purple / Amethyst. The color of glassware changes when placed in sand in the bright bright suns less
