The wood is 1.25 inch in thickness
This beautiful memento of bygone days from the Meiji era has a symmetrical annd Intricate design evoking a time when Japanese craftsmanship was an art in itself.
Instead of being diminished by the passage of time, this frame, like fine wines, is enhanced by maturity. Age has seasoned the wood color and added character to the over all composition.
