Offered is a circa. late 1970, early 1980s Otagiri-style glazed ceramic planter made in Japan by Asahi. It is paired here with a brown rope woven plant hanger.
The planter glazed in shades of brown with a sgraffito-like white blossom on one side has a practical drainage hole and plastic stopper at the bottom, as well as three holes towards the top in order to hang from knotted ropes of one's own preference. It measures 3.625" in diameter, has a mouth that is 3.5" in diameter, and is 4" in height.
The macramé woven hanger is 15" in length from tip of handle to bottom of pot, and 22" in length overall with the knotted tassle. less
