Hand-painted cast iron mechanical bank "Punch and Judy Bank."
It operates as follows: Pull-out the lever on the right side of the bank until it locks into place; put a penny on the tray of Judy; press down on the adjacent lever below the “set” lever on right side. Judy quickly turns to her left and deposits the coin into the bank, while Punch raises a club in anger.
Coins are removed by unscrewing the base plate.
