Found in England, this Cabinet or Side Table was crafted by English artisans from old growth walnut in the 1890's. The piece features an inlay wood banded top resting above an inlay wood door that opens to reveal two shelves for storage. The cabinet retains its original brass hardware and the original circular makers mark emblem reading "From Maple & Co Limited, London & Paris". These types of cabinets were commonly used as bedside tables, today it could be used as a side table, drinks table or storage cabinet to add elegance to all interiors.
