The hardcover book with laminated cover boards and monochrome art image embossed front cover page is published by the famous Enrico Navarra Gallery, New York. printed and photoengraved in Italy in 2017 by Art New, Turin, edited by Randi Danforth, graphic design by Sophie Dupriez.
