This early 20th century French porcelain cream pitcher is a stunning addition to any collection.
The porcelain cream pitcher is made by Remi Delinieres of Limoges France dating to 1910's. It was acquired along with a Gravy Server Set (SOLD SEPARATELY), which was marked Imported by the Burley & Co of Chicago, and thus may have been decorated by the importer.
Decorated with a wide deep rich burgundy enameled band which is accented with heavy gold filigree florals and scrolls in a very intricate pattern. The elegant handle is a split handle with leaf-like appliques and gilded in very heavy gold, as is the top rim on white porcelain.
The base is signed "R. Delinieres Limoges" in red cursive and has impressed "G D 2".
The condition is near mint condition. This cream pitcher is perfect for collectors of decorative items or those who appreciate the beauty of French porcelain.
Size: 12 ounce capacity, 4.75" High, 5" from spout to handle.
