WOW…What a Wonderful Wood Wall Shelf!!! This is an INCREDIBLE vintage wood wall hanging shelf with pegs. It is comprised of a lovely solid wood which our best estimation is rustic alder, but it could be a fruitwood of some kind; however, it’s so exquisite it could quite possibly be something more exotic. It is Artist created (although we have been unable to appoint the actual artist to this piece) and hand hewn with wonderful natural edges. A fabulous piece of functional art, it has four useful pegs under the natural slab shelf, and it is ready to hang on any wall you choose. It would be marvelous in an entry, office, or mud room as a convenient spot to hang your coat with room on the top shelf for other essentials, in a bathroom as a handy space to hang towels and place toiletries, or in the kitchen as an opportune spot for your apron, hand towels, and kitchen accessories. It has an organic modern, folk art, and rustic style and would be awesome in a log cabin, mountain home, or in a traditional setting but it is versatile enough to blend in with many styles of décor.
