Large 24x36 original painting, acrylic on canvas of an abstract cityscape. This eye-catching modern painting is signed, J. Martinez. It is an architecture-inspired abstract piece that is well executed in acrylic paint on canvas, using a nice palette of bold and vibrant colors. It is mounted in a heavy solid wood ornate gold frame with overall dimensions of 32"h x 44"w.
Striking and beautiful. it is a nice size for filling up a medium-to-large wall space, and become a focal point for a room, or a great addition to a gallery wall of other works.

In the 20th century many artists began to experiment with abstract and non-representational forms, leading to movements like Suprematism and Architectural Abstraction.
