It originally appeared in a magazine of the time and is NOT a recent reproduction print NOR is it a later book edition copy. The lithograph features a hand colored solarized fashion illustration. It showcases a Paquin couture design featuring a white boa with rose and green color tones worn over a luxurious grey floor length evening dress. It's avant garde surrealist 1930s photography. Man Ray is well known for his work in photograms which he called "rayographs", referencing himself by name. Man Ray is a world renown visual artist whose work in pioneering photography was revolutionary and groundbreaking in the early 20th century. 8 x 10.75 inches in size.
