A Superb Antique Faux Bamboo Glazed Bookcase. Made from pine, comprising of 3 adjustable shelves, with a full glazed door and working lock & key, one pull out drawer to the base, the bookcase is topped with a beautifully hand turned finial decoration, and hand turned legs to the base. C1880
This antique faux bamboo bookcase is a very good example of Victorian furniture that remains in original condition and fully functional, this piece has been waxed to showcase the beautiful patina to the wood. Would make a great statement piece in any home.
