Dutch company Pilastro ( Zwanenburg ) became succesfull during the fifties, producing small furniture. Together with Tomado, Cadovius and Pastoe, Pilastro was the leader on the market for metal household furniture. The pilastro coat racks are pictured in the 1960ies 'Goed Wonen' decorating magazine.
