This contemporary 9" x 12" expressionist oil painting captures an intrinsic mosaic of color and design, where eye catching patterns are uncovered as an array of fruit, fabric and earthen ware objects come together.
A beautifully emotional palette of colors is used, and ranges from warm oranges to riveting purples and blues. The geometry of connections within this simple arrangement creates a contemporary motif with a slightly altered perspective to consider.
Inspiration for this painting evolved from my curiosity around "perspectives" and how altering a point of view can change everything.
The oil painting has rich strokes of color and a painterly style with visible brushwork. It is a signed original that was painted on an Ampersand (TM) panel that is ready for framing. less
