It has a recessed, grooved slit for the accompanying Kalmar stainless steel knife for slicing and spreading cheese or dip on bread slices, crudités, fruit, etc., and has a grooved lower half side for the crackers, chips, etc.

The board measures 11.5" in diameter and 0.875" in thickness.

It is paired here with a Kalmar stainless steel knife (made in Italy) that measures 0.75" at its widest, and 8.5" in length. less
