Based out of Copenhagen, Berg has an impressive list of international clients. His work is characterized by a style that translates classic poster art into a modern and timeless look. Engelberg is an alpine town in central Switzerland with trails that weave up Mt. Titlis and ski run that zigzag down. With gondola lifts leading to the summit (which you can see in the background of this poster!), suspension bridges and a glacial park, it's the perfect both in summer and winter. The artist also created a summer scene of a woman hiking up the mountain to compliment this winter alpine skier! Born in 1975, Berg graduated from the Danish Design School in 2001 and has since been working independently as a professional illustrator and occasional lecturer at design schools across Denmark. He has been a jury member for the Best in Swedish (Kolla) and Norwegian (Visuelt) Contemporary Illustration on several occasions, in 2010 he was awarded the “Best Danish Children's Comic” prize, and in 2009 the Danish Design Prize. Berg’s poster art is represented at the Danish National Design Archives at the Design Museum Danmark. less
