They were probably made in Czechoslovakia or Romania, although C&B imported most of its glassware from Krosno based in Poland.

They measure 3" in diameter, have flat thick bases that are 3" in diameter, are 6.375" in height, and hold about 8 to 9 ounces of liquid. less
