This Andy Warhol very rare out of print vintage 1998 iconic lithograph print framed Pop Art poster " Three Coke Bottles " 1962, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection. The poster features an iconic original artwork created by Warhol in 1962 of three Coca - Cola bottles with the Coca - Cola logo. Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide, his infamous life, art works, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is recognized as the first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
The very rare vintage lithograph print framed Pop Art poster is published by Te Neues Publishing Company, printed in Germany in 1998 with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. There is an official " AW " Foundation seal of authenticity on the print.
The framed poster measures 25 1/2" W X 33 1/2" H X 3/4" D. It is custom framed with plexiglass in a black satin finish wood frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation. It is in excellent " like new " Condition with very light signs of handling. There are a few light scuffs and one small corner chip to the frame molding.
