The edges of the glass panels that fit under the metal frame and do not show, were ground and a few have small chips from removing and replacing the panels in and out of the metal frame throughout the years. Ground edges of the glass panels removed parts of the signature.

Stunning French Art Deco blossom chandelier signed Noverdy, France depose, in salmon or peach-tinted art glass. Its distinctive design comprises five large "V" shaped panels, each depicting a stylized palm or forest motif, creating a natural and visually captivating setting. The chandelier is elegantly mounted in its original antique polished nickel bronze armature, showcasing a harmonious blend of artistic craftsmanship and functional design.

JEAN NOVERDY
During the early years of the Twentieth Century Jean Noverdy studied and worked at the Muller Frerès factory at Luneville, France. He subsequently opened his own glass studio in Dijon.
Noverdy produced at the same time as Daum, Schneider and Degué, and the quality and design of his art glass have made his name world-renowned.
