The Po-i-Kalyan comprises three buildings, center to right:
1) Mir-i-Arab Madrasa – 16th century; a striking college with intricate tile patterns & a vast hall that shares its courtyard with a mosque;
2) Kalon Minaret - 12th century; one of the most prominent landmarks in the city; 150 ft tall;
3) Kalan Mosque - 16th century; is the biggest mosque in Bukhara and the second-largest historical mosque in Central Asia.
