Around the edge/border there are circular designs that feature stamped leather insets. The table has a solid tripod base with carved wood legs. I love that you can swivel the table top off, which makes shipping easier and safer! Not to worry about sturdiness, because once on the top is super secure - the hardware is heavy duty, thick and high quality. Just such a special and versatile table! I believe it was made as a lamp table, but really it can be used in so many spots. See less
