A pair of vintage holiday "Knee Hugger" pixies/elves/gnomes. Likely made in Japan, mid century, based on image searches comparing facial/ear molding, face paint, clothing materials and styling. The white/gold larger elf shows excelsior stuffing through a garment tear on the L side. All dressed up and ready to celebrate the holidays.
