The center of the table is comprised of onyx pieces held together by a resin layer applied to the entire tabletop. Those are in varying warm tones while the border is solid black. The transition between the two areas is made by a shiny gold tape-like material forming an outline all around the onyx pieces. It also sits under the resin.
