1950s moonglow Lucite necklace, bracelet, screw-back earrings set. Necklace consists of graduated round beads in a bright emerald hue, knotted between each, and finished with a hidden clasp that inserts into a bead. Bracelet is a double row of graduated beads on memory wire. Earrings are buttons on a silver-plated platform with screw backs. Moonglow Lucite mimics the chatoyancy of moonstones and cats-eyes -- the beads glow with an inner light, and the iridescence moves across and around the beads, creating a constantly shifting effulgence.
