XIV taste with foliate decoration, 19th c. or later, monogrammed, possibly a galvanoplastic or electroype copy of an original object by a competitor of Elkington or Franchi.
French coat of arms at the top along with a crown. One serpent on the left and two on the right which are associated with medicine and healing. Ornate trim around the edges along with floral boughs.
