On each side is a 5 toed Imperial yellow dragon with the dragon on the lid chasing the flaming pearl of wisdom; all against a dark sky blue ground, the contrasting yellow stand really makes this piece pop. The metal and wires are bronze gilt over copper. This large rectangular shape with a matching stand is a rare find.
