Very Nice Pair Of Carved Walnut French Louis XV Style Fauteuil Arm Chairs 1940s
Most likely Made in France circa 1940
Very nicely carved frames, made from walnut or fruitwood.
Size: 36 1/2” tall, 21” deep, 27” wide, and a 17” seat height.
Condition: overall very good condition. Minor loss on the carved floral rosettes from age/use/wear. A old repair to a leg break on the front lemon one chair. Upholstery is clean, but will need deep steam cleaned before service. See pictures.
