A Chinese Qing Dynasty cabinet from the 19th century with brass butterfly hardware, two drawers over a pair of double doors and distressed brown finish. Imbued with the rich heritage of Chinese craftsmanship, this 19th century Qing Dynasty cabinet is an exquisite blend of form and function. With a façade featuring two drawers gracefully positioned above a pair of double doors, the cabinet exudes an air of restrained opulence.
The rectangular top, simplistic yet commanding, gives way to the drawers that are fitted with ornate brass hardware adorned with incised floral motifs. The pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the butterfly-shaped hardware embellishing the doors, combining ornate design with delightful, colorful inlaid spheres.
