Lovely set of antique English dinner plates; white field with scalloped edges featuring rose / lavender floral sprays and green feathered foliage . Perfect to mix and match with similarly hued dinnerware. Fabricated at the well-known Alfred Meakin pottery works founded in 1875 at Tunstall England. Mark en verso of Alfred Meakin Ltd.; Royal Semi-Porcelain, England dates the pieces to as early as 1891. Also signed "Beverley" which we take to be the porcelain artist who created the decoration.
Dimensions: 9" Dia.
Very good antique condition; faint crazing on 1, primarily visible on the back and a shallow chip on the underside of another, not visible when in use.
