Vintage Home is pleased to present this 1940s French Gilt Tole Table Lamp. The design is Trompe l’Oeil of Wheat Sheaf in a gorgeous tole patinated gold with a twisted rope wrapped around the center. It appears to be the original large scale shade that were popular during this era. This one is in good vintage condition. The wiring was converted to USA standards sometime in the Mid-Century.
