Wood strapping with embossed metal bring a lovely charm to this small travel trunk. There is a beautiful reddish brown and gold design that can still be seen on the middle panels of the trunk. Original latches, lock (no keys) and internal trays present. The main condition issue is a loose metal fitting on the front of the trunk and the leather side handles are missing. This is an antique and shows wear throughout as you would expect out of a trunk this age. Would be a lovely way to store your heirlooms, linen or as a child's dress-up wardrobe trunk.
