A late 1950s'-60s, Mid-Century arm chair by the Stow & Davis Company.
It features a dowel jointed, oak frame, tapered Gun-locke style chair with tapered legs and arms, brass capped feet, and foot bumpers. It has a floating seat with original caramel color leather upholstery.
Makers mark verso, underside seat as image indicates.
