The lithograph print poster was published exclusively for The Andy Warhol Museum in an unnumbered limited edition release for the inaugural opening of the museum in 1994.

It is published by Te Neues Publishing Company, printed in Germany in 1993, with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. The rare out of print collector's poster features an original artwork created by Warhol in 1986 titled " Grace Jones ". This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol fans and collector's as this limited edition poster is long out of print and very scarce to find.

Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide and his infamous life, art works, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is recognized as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of strong vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.

The rare extra large format lithograph print Pop Art poster measures 33" W X 50" H. It has the official " AW " Foundation seal of authenticity on the print. It is printed on high quality heavyweight smooth finish paper stock with saturated deep vibrant ink colors, with a satin finish.

It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. It has never been framed. There is very light signs of handling to the edges and lower bottom black margin area, and a very minor tiny tear crease in the left side aqua outer edge that has been repaired from the reverse back side with transparent clear tape.
