This set is stamped as being made by Theodore Haviland in Limoges, France, see pictures, and the stamp dates this set to the early 1900s. This cup and saucer set feature a gorgeous pastel pink, blue, and white floral design on a lovely white background with wonderful gold detailing and subtle embossed designs to the rim of both pieces.

The measurements are:
Cup: height=2 1/2" width including handle=3 1/4" depth=2 1/2" approx.
Saucer: height=1/2" diameter=4 1/2" approx. less
