There are also a couple of tears on the very top of the back (not the removable back cushion). New owner can of course reupholster the whole chair but the blue vinyl is very pretty and definitely worth keeping as these tears are minor enough that I think any good leather shop can easily repair and patch them up. Most of these tears aren't visible from the front anyways. The vinyl is very supple and soft and has a lot of life left on it. The walnut frame is in excellent condition for its age. The metal mechanism that allows the hidden footrest to pull out works very well with no issues. less
