Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown red-orange and silver flecks Italian art glass fish aquarium sculpture block. Documented to the Cenedese company, and attributed to designer Alfredo Barbini. The fish has very bright coloration, with red-orange stripe, yellow and blue in the body, with purple fins. The fish is swimming among green algae. It also has silver leaf inside the body. The piece is made with 2 thick glass pieces sandwiched together. Very heavy piece. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Mid-century era. Looks to have been repaired. displays very well. Priced accordingly. Measures 6 1/4" long x 5 1/4" tall x 1 3/8" wide.
