Curved Leg Japanese Woven Bamboo Table Cabinet With two doors and nine drawers. There is fine embroidery on the front of the two drawers. There’s nice delicate detail on the metal pieces. There is some fraying around the edges of the woven bamboo. Some restoration has been done. The embroidery that was loose that could be saved was glued back down. All of the edges around all of the corners of the woven bamboo, or glue down to prevent further fraying, and what couldn’t be saved, was trimmed off.
Age: unknown. Guessing 1950s.
Origin: Japan
Height: 18.25 inches.
Width: 12.5 inches
Depth: 7.5 inches.
Estimated value by auction house: $500, but most similar cabinets seem to be selling for 750 and up.
Condition: good condition. Some of the embroidery threads were loose and could not be saved. These were trimmed off. The others were glued back in position. There is some fraying, especially around the bottom edge of the bottom piece of the woven bamboo. All of the edges of the bamboo have been glued down to prevent further fraying. Despite having some wear, this Cabinet is in good condition, and will last many more years.

3. Do a search for the item by name on Chairish and another similar site.
Since I am being fair with my pricing, I want you to know how to do this. It will only help me by validating my pricing choices, and hopefully it will help you to recognize items that are overpriced.
