This piece is stamped as being made by Vista Allegre in Portugal and it is titled "Estremadura Mulher", see pictures. This figurine was made for the Trajes Regionais collection, which was a collection of figurines each made to represent Portuguese history; this piece was in commemoration of the Estramadura region, and features a woman wearing a black cloak and a blue, white, and black dress, standing beside a basket of fish.
