The lamp is formally made up of two parts, the masking element made of metal and the umbrella elements made of translucent plastic (methacrylate). This material combination is particularly special here. The classic material of the nickel -plated steel and the then state -of -the -art methacrylate. A contrast in color and materiality. The metal as an actually load -bearing element only looks out of the lamp at the top. The umbrella parts are loose.
