A lovely French Louis XV style hand carved oak two-tier tea / dessert table with beautifully aged warm patina. circa 1900
Born in France at the turn of the late 19th / early 20th century, exceptionally executed in sophisticated Louis 15th style with nods to period Art Nouveau taste, featuring an elegant sculptural silhouette, having a rocaille handled removable top tray with scalloped shaped edge, flanked by finely detailed figural cherub putti topped scrolled supports, joined by medial shelf, ending in shaped feet.
