Cabochon cut natural opal measures 20mm x 12mm (estimated at 8 carats). The opal is in excellent condition and free of cracks or crisps.

The natural opal is Ethiopian in origin, with a strong colour matrix from green to orange, yellow, purple and turquoise. Set into a large oval shaped scalloped mount the ring makes a great statement on the hand. The low to medium rise ring (8mm - 0.23 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.

The ring is in very good condition.
